I come upon Thing 1 listening to older kids talking about heaven, hell, life, death, etc.  Slightly nervous that is all going to upset her, I ask Thing 1 what she thinks of all this talk.  She waves them off and replies, "Oh - them?  They're just talking about one thing and then another.  No focus!"
